SpiritSurface provides AI-powered palm reading and spiritual guidance services. Our readings are generated using GPT-4o computer vision combined with traditional Vedic palmistry principles developed over 5,000 years.

Our services are intended for entertainment, self-reflection, and spiritual guidance purposes only. They do not constitute medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

User Responsibilities

By using our service, you agree to:

• Provide a clear, authentic photo of your own palm
• Use the service only for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Not share, resell, or redistribute your personalized reading report
• Be at least 18 years of age, or have parental consent if under 18
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer or misuse our AI technology
• Treat the service and its outputs with respect for their spiritual nature

Disclaimer & Accuracy

Palm readings and astrological insights provided by SpiritSurface are based on traditional Vedic palmistry principles and AI interpretation. While we strive for the highest quality analysis:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy of any reading or prediction
• Readings should not be used as the sole basis for major life decisions
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on our readings
• Results are personalized interpretations, not scientific facts

Payment & Pricing

Our service is offered in two parts:

• Free Analysis: Basic palm reading insights provided at no cost
• Full PDF Report: Complete 15-section Vedic reading for ₹299 (one-time payment)

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking.

Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the instant digital delivery nature of our service, we have a 7-day satisfaction guarantee:

• If you are not satisfied with your reading, contact us within 7 days of purchase
• Refund requests must include your order ID and the reason for dissatisfaction
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
• Refunds are not applicable after the 7-day window

Intellectual Property

All content on SpiritSurface — including but not limited to text, design, AI models, brand identity, and report templates — is owned by SpiritSurface and protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Your personalized reading report is for your personal use only. Reproducing, selling, or publicly sharing reports without permission is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
